My Research
🤖 My academic research focuses primarily on the impact of generative AI on medical education, with broader interests in technology-enhanced learning and digital assessment. This includes the adoption, use, and safety of emerging technologies by both students and faculty, and the pedagogical, ethical, and practical implications of AI integration in teaching and learning.

🏴 I am also Deputy Director of the Scottish Graduate Entry Medicine (ScotGEM) programme and maintain an active interest in evaluating our educational model. In particular, I am interested in how ScotGEM supports workforce development in remote and rural communities, and how medical education can respond to regional healthcare needs.
